1. Booking and Payment:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit constitutes a legally binding agreement that the remaining balance will be paid in full, in accordance with your selected payment plan.
The balance must be paid by the specified due dates. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your booking, and no refund of the deposit or any partial payments will be issued.
All payments must be made via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation Policy:
By booking on a Sõller retreat you acknowledge that we do not accept any cancellations. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel your trip.If you are unable to attend, your booking is transferable to another person. You are responsible for finding a suitable replacement. A refund will only be issued if your place is successfully filled. If the place is not filled, no refund will be provided.
3. Travel Insurance:
All guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings. The retreat organisers are not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.
4. Health and Fitness:
Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in retreat activities. Any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements must be disclosed when asked.
5. Travel Arrangements:
Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location. Once flights are booked, guests should email their travel details to the retreat organisers. The organisers will provide information on other guests arriving or departing at similar times to facilitate coordinated transport or taxi sharing.
6. Accommodation:
Accommodation is provided as described in the retreat package. Any special accommodation requests should be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. Activities and Itinerary:
The retreat itinerary is subject to change based on weather conditions, guest needs, and other factors beyond our control. Participation in all activities is voluntary, and guests assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participation.
8. Liability:
The retreat organisers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the retreat organisers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the retreat.
9. Code of Conduct:
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards other guests, staff, and the local community. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in the guest being asked to leave the retreat without a refund.
10. Force Majeure:
The retreat organizers are not liable for any cancellations, delays, or changes in the retreat program due to events beyond their control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other emergencies. If either one of the retreat organisers is unable to attend the retreat the retreat will still go ahead with an adjusted itinerary. Under extreme unforeseen circumstances, the hosts reserve the right to change the date of the retreat up to 6 months before the retreat start date. In such cases, guests will be given the option to transfer their booking to the new dates or receive a full refund.
