As autumn deepens and the world begins to quiet before the festive rush, join us for Ember - a soul-nourishing wellness retreat celebrating warmth, vitality, and the alchemy of the five elements. Think glowing fires, golden fields, and moments of stillness beneath wide country skies.
Sõller experiences go far beyond the ordinary retreat. We welcome women who are ready to reconnect - with nature, with sisterhood, and with themselves. Together, we’ll move, breathe, and learn in ways that restore balance and ignite your inner flame. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of joy, perspective, and purpose - lighter, clearer, and deeply grounded.
Our exquisite countryside venue is the perfect cocoon for this time of year. Immerse yourself in the spa hall with its heated pool, sauna, and hot tub, unwind by the fire pit under starlit skies, or simply melt into one of the many cosy corners designed for rest and reflection. By day, indulge in treatments, classes, talks and movement or explore the surrounding landscape and its gentle rhythms; by night, share laughter, stories, soft meditations and nourishing meals prepared with care.
From mindful movement and holistic practices to elemental rituals and deep rest, every detail of Ember is curated to help you find stillness in the season’s turning - the calm before the festive storm. Where & When?
The Estate in Westbury, just South of Bath, is a hamlet of beautifully designed, converted barns. Set on farmland, curated for bespoke events and gatherings in mind. This venue captured our hearts, we just had to return for another annual gathering, with a new mission.

A mindful, cosy festive craft session where you’ll create a little something special - either to treasure as a keepsake from your time with us or to gift to someone you love. The rest is our little secret…

Skin & body self care workshops, to create warmth and boost vitality as we transition into the winter months. Learn how to practice your own different styles of massage using ancient rituals, body tools and modern science.

Yoga, somatic movement and breath work designed to encourage circulation and promote inner radiance, freeing our minds, fascia and tuning into our nervous system.

Magical evening healing ceremonies including our iconic sound bath & reiki healing, soothing guided meditations and fire ritual. A time for calm and letting go physically, emotionally, spiritually.

A comforting treatment with essential oils, hot stones and warm oils, to name a few. One indulgent treatment for each individual guest during our day of relaxation. A time to nurture, restore and glow, inside out.

Ample relaxation time to relax by the pool, hot tub and sauna. Explore the grounds, read a book in one of the many spaces to rest or take a visit to see the pigs and llamas!

NUTRITION
We are blessed to be joined by wonderful local chef, Ella, who specialises in indulgent and vibrant seasonal dishes. Her approach is rooted in mindful eating with beautiful dishes that celebrate local produce, support small suppliers and are completely free from ultra-processed ingredients. She even cooks with fruits and veggies from her own allotment! Expect dishes that look insanely aesthetically pleasing alongside being gloriously delicious.

THE ESTATE
Let’s be honest - you won’t want to leave the house. Think hot tub, nap, swim, eat, repeat. Evenings are for gathering around the fire pit, gazing out over sweeping countryside views, and sinking into one of the many snug lounge spots with a glass of bubbles or a soothing herbal tea in hand.
Days unfold gently - lounging in the garden, floating in the pool, chatting in the hot tub, or unwinding in the sauna. In between, you’ll dip into inspiring classes, creative workshops, and mindful talks designed to help you weave nourishing habits and rituals into your everyday life.

Once your place is secured, with your permission, we can share your details with other local retreaters if you are interested in sharing the journey to and from the retreat with somebody.
