THE FINCA
Our luxury finca, located in the heart of Ibiza in Santa Gertrudis de Fruitera, is a recently renovated rustic farmhouse exuding gorgeous energy. Surrounded by mountains, this villa embodies the island's simplistic bohemian style with its whitewashed walls and clean lines, blending charm and character seamlessly. Enjoy the serene mountain views from our delightful swimming pool, surrounded by loungers and daybeds, and relax under the shade of banana trees lining the property.
LOCATION
Radiating a unique charm with its harmonious blend of traditional and modern elements, the picturesque village of Santa Gertrudis, known for its whitewashed houses and winding streets, has evolved into a vibrant hub for both locals and visitors. The central square, featuring an iconic church and lined with cosy cafes and artisanal shops, serves as the heart of the community, hosting gatherings and cultural events. The village’s artistic spirit shines through its numerous galleries and bohemian atmosphere, making it a beloved destination for those seeking a serene yet lively experience in Ibiza.
NUTRITION
Sõller retreat chef, Maxine, will delight your tastebuds with her exquisite gourmet creations. Maxine has an impressive background, having toured and cooked for renowned artists such as Ariana Grande, Bon Jovi, Paul McCartney, Tool, and Westlife, to name just a few. Her global culinary experiences bring a unique and refined touch to every dish she prepares. We are thrilled to have her bring her culinary magic to each and every Sõller retreat, ensuring each meal is a memorable experience. Please inform us of any specific dietary requirements you may have, so Maxine can tailor her creations to meet your needs and preferences.
TRAVEL
Due to the varying details of people flying in and out of the country we have chosen to leave flights and transfers up to you. There are very reasonable flights through both Easyjet and British Airways.

Please note that it is your responsibility to arrange transfers from the airport (about 20 minutes). Once you have booked your flights, kindly email us your travel details. We will then inform you of other guests arriving or departing at similar times, so you can coordinate transport or taxis if desired.
We highly recommend that all guests obtain travel insurance for their trip at the point of booking. Travel insurance provides crucial protection against unforeseen events, such as flight cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage. Having this coverage ensures peace of mind, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay at our retreat without worrying about potential disruptions or unexpected expenses. Your well-being and safety are our top priorities, and travel insurance is an essential part of safeguarding your journey.

This is a wellness retreat but there are no detox vibes here, we do not scrimp on the quantity or quality of your food, treatments or enjoyment.

Our rooms are all shared, double occupancy twin bedrooms. The pricing below reflects a place for one guest. For single occupancy queries please get in touch to see if we’re able to accommodate you.

Payment Plans
Payment Option 1 - the balance is paid in full on September 1st
Payment Option 2 - the remaining balance is split in two to be paid on August 1st and November 1st
Payment Option 3 - monthly payments split over 6 months starting August 1st
Please read our Booking Terms and conditions here 1. Booking and Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due dependant on your chosen payment plan. Failure to pay the balance by the due dates may result in the cancellation of your booking, with no refund. Payments can be made via bank transfer. 2. Cancellation Policy: By booking on a Sõller retreat you acknowledge that we do not accept any cancellations. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel your trip. If you cancel and someone is able to take your spot, you will recieve a refund, however if the spot is not filled no refund will be made. 3. Travel Insurance: All guests are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and personal belongings. The retreat organisers are not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of insurance coverage. 4. Health and Fitness: Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and fit to participate in retreat activities. Any pre-existing medical conditions or dietary requirements must be disclosed when asked. 5. Travel Arrangements: Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat location. Once flights are booked, guests should email their travel details to the retreat organisers. The organisers will provide information on other guests arriving or departing at similar times to facilitate coordinated transport or taxi sharing. 6. Accommodation: Accommodation is provided as described in the retreat package. Any special accommodation requests should be made at the time of booking and are subject to availability. Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 7. Activities and Itinerary: The retreat itinerary is subject to change based on weather conditions, guest needs, and other factors beyond our control. Participation in all activities is voluntary, and guests assume full responsibility for any risks associated with participation. 8. Liability: The retreat organisers are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat. Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the retreat organisers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the retreat. 9. Code of Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully and courteously towards other guests, staff, and the local community. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in the guest being asked to leave the retreat without a refund. 10. Force Majeure: The retreat organizers are not liable for any cancellations, delays, or changes in the retreat program due to events beyond their control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other emergencies. If either one of the retreat organisers is unable to attend the retreat the retreat will still go ahead with an adjusted itinerary. Under extreme unforeseen circumstances, the hosts reserve the right to change the date of the retreat up to 6 months before the retreat start date. In such cases, guests will be given the option to transfer their booking to the new dates or receive a full refund.
